Everyone readily identifies with a Swiss army knife. The companies that make them include just about every gadget you can think of in some models, and they’re extremely handy. What many people don’t know is that there is also Swiss army luggage. Now if you’re like many, you may find the allusion to the least confrontational nation in the world’s army supply a bit ironic. I mean, it’s not like the Swiss soldiers have had to fight in any of the major conflicts of the past 100 years.

But that’s precisely the point behind the marketing of items such as Swiss army luggage.  The Swiss army doesn’t fight, so when they are shipped to other countries, they are outfitted not like men and women going into battle, but more like tourists. Ok, yea, Swiss army is really just a name associated with the brand Victorinox, a company that has been making the knives for decades and has more recently diversified their offerings. But they do have stylish and durable luggage that is great for the on the go traveler.
